Description

The final word in Surron rear brakes....Times TWO.  Same parts from the Surron Rear Moto Brake, but now with a foot brake as well.  Run two calipers on the rear rotor giving you a moto foot brake & moto hand brake simultaneously.  This contains everything you need to get up and running.

Motorcycle master cylinder and caliper.  Beefy 3mm thick, 220mm stainless steel rotor with enlarged wear patch.  Motorcycle brake lines.  Brackets custom for Surron Lite bee X.

  • Left Hand Master Cylinder (no elec. connection)
  • Foot master cylinder
  • Foot brake bracket
  • 2 x Custom brake line special for Surron Lite Bee (Black)
  • 3mm thick, 220mm custom Surron rotor with big contact patch
  • 2 x Caliper with custom bracket (Black)
  • Dual caliper Moto brake adapter bracket (Black Anodize)
  • 4 x bolts for bracket

Why's this better than mountain bike brakes?

  • Increased stopping power - more contact area
  • Less Fade - thicker rotor helps dissipate heat and reduces warping
  • Replacement pads are CHEAP and last a long time
  • DOT brake fluid is more common
  • Easier to bleed
  • Safer stopping - Stock brakes are built for mountain bikes...not 130 pound e-moto's

Optional Master Cylinder:  Brembo Master Cylinder Upgrade.  Functions similar to the budget master, but with the Brembo name you're familiar with.  A little softer around the edges.  This master cylinder can be slightly more difficult to bleed than the standard budget one.  It has a different brake line fitting and comes with different line from the budget version.  Still uses the same caliper and brackets as budget version.  Brembo option only offered pre-bled due to the difficulty of the bleeding process.

Pre-Bled system: Successfully bleeding the system can be challenging.  This option prevents you from needing to bleed the system yourself but more significant disassembly of the surron is required including removing triple tree, motor controller and battery compartment plastics, and rear suspension linkages in order to get the calipers fed through the bike.

Not compatible with Warp9 or talaria hubs...coming soon.

Best break system on the market

Putting these other brand “bicycle” breaks on these 45+ mph surron is not the way to go. I can def trust evraceworks 100% for stopping power. The thicker disc break and bigger calipers is the way to go! 10/10 product. Best quality break system out there for sure!

Best Rear Brake For Stunting Or Moto Riding

Hands down the best brakes for the money you can put on the bike. Very easy to install with the right tools and there are a ton of videos on YouTube of David installing these brakes. Watching the videos makes it feel like he is right there with you walking you through the install. 10/10.
