This is the USB adapter to program Votol motor controllers from your PC.  Votol software is available for download for free.  Sometimes it can be a trick to get your PC to connect properly to the motor controller but this troubleshooting guide has a pretty good track record.

This part of the screen mount is designed to break before the screen itself if you take a spill.  Hardware included.  7/8" bars are typical.
